In an interview with The Christian Post, a mother, who spoke on condition of anonymity because local activists have been making threats against her, said the "Teen Pride" LGBT event hosted at a public library in Renton, Washington, instructed tweens and teens on same-sex sexual relations techniques.

The presentation was followed by a drag queen show and strip tease. Parents were told to leave the room before they had a sex advice panel for the children.

The Christian mothers who attended the event were harassed by Antifa, a left-wing, sometimes violent, activist group. Police were called to calm the tense situation.

Evangelical divide over migrant children on display after Jerry Falwell Jr. slams Russell Moore

Evangelical twitter users were at it again after Liberty University President Jerry Falwell Jr. slammed Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission President Russell Moore for tweeting that migrant children should be treated with dignity.

“Who are you @drmoore ? Have you ever made a payroll? Have you ever built an organization of any type from scratch? What gives you authority to speak on any issue? I’m being serious. You’re nothing but an employee- a bureaucrat,” tweeted Falwell, who is known for his enthusiastic support of President Donald Trump.

Southern Baptist Pastor Jack Graham also criticized Moore, arguing that the multiple eyewitness accounts of detained migrant children denied proper hygiene and sleeping on concrete floors were not accurate.

Moore didn't respond but had a slew of supporters.

“Russell Moore wld dare represent the Kingdom’s concern for ‘the least of these,’ & speak the Kingdom’s agenda on behalf of the voiceless. Consequently he’s attacked by evangelicals who are concerned about protecting a political agenda. Lord we need your help. Have mercy upon us!” Pastor Dwight McKissic tweeted.

The House of Representatives passed a $4.5 billion emergency funding bill for detained migrants on Tuesday.

Christian church set on fire by Muslim rioters in Niger after imam's arrest

An Assembly of God church in the Zaria district of Maradi, the West African country’s third largest city, was torched by Muslims on the night of June 15. They were protesting the arrest of a local imam who was critical of proposed legislation to regulate religion.

The imam was released the next day and urged the protestors to stop, saying, “All my supporters must stop burning things and making trouble in town: Islam does not recommend ... I have in no way been mistreated by police.”

A string of attacks from Islamic State and al-Qaeda-affiliated Islamic extremist outfits have plagued Sahel region countries like Mali, Niger, Nigeria and Burkina Faso.
