More aborted babies’ remains were found Wednesday at a property rented by the late abortionist Ulrich Klopfer.

Detectives searched eight vehicles owned by Klopfer that have been stored in an outdoor gated lot for more than six years at a business in Dolton, Illinois. The remains were found inside the trunk of a 1990s Mercedes Benz.

Authorities discovered “five plastic bags and one box that contained numerous medically preserved fetal remains,” the Will County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement. The number of bodies discovered is “less than 100,” officials said.

Black clergy call for boycott of Word Network after owner accused of racial insensitivity

More than 100 prominent black clergy have signed a petition calling for a boycott of the Word Network after Kevin Adell, the network’s owner, was accused of  racial insensitivity. The World Network is billed as “the largest, African-American religious network in the WORLD!”

At the center of the allegations against Adell is Bishop George Bloomer, a longtime televangelist and founder of Bethel Family Worship Center, a multicultural ministry in Durham, North Carolina. Bloomer alleges that Adell texted a photoshopped image of himself dressed as a pimp surrounded by well-known black clergy he called “hoes” to various staff members.

— $3,000 ‘Jesus Shoes’ injected with water from Jordan River sell out in minutes

Brooklyn-based brand MSCHF released a limited-edition Nike Air Max 97 sneaker filled with water from the Jordan River in the soles at a cost of $3,000 per pair. The sneakers, called "Jesus Shoes," sold out within minutes.

Each sneaker was injected with 60 ccs of water from the Jordan River and blessed by a priest. Gabriel Whaley, the brand's founder, had fewer than two dozen pair of the shoes made. Although the design is on the all-white Nike Air Max 97s, Nike is not affiliated with the creation of the shoe.

The Bible verse Matthew 14:25 is also printed on the side of the sneakers. The shoes also feature a single red dot to symbolize Jesus’ blood, frankincense-scented insoles, and a crucifix attached to the laces.

Supreme Court divided in LGBT discrimination cases

The U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments Tuesday in three cases that could set important precedents about whether federal civil rights protections on the basis of sex also guarantee legal protections on the basis of gender identity and sexual orientation.

The three cases involve people who claim to have been fired because they are gay or identify as transgender. Two cases involve gay men and the other case involves a man who works at a Michigan funeral home and changed his identity from male to female and started dressing as a woman at work.

— Museum of the Bible replaces NASA 'Lunar Bible' after authenticity questioned

The Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C., has removed an item from its collection that was purported to be a miniature Bible taken to the moon in 1971 by Apollo 14 astronaut Edgard Mitchell. The microform Bible was purchased by museum chairman Steve Green for the family’s collection at a cost of $56,000. The Bible was previously on display at the Vatican in Rome.

Author Carol Mersch who wrote a book on the Apollo Prayer League and was given 10 lunar Bibles by former NASA chaplain and Apollo Prayer League co-founder John Stout, questioned the authenticity of the artifact on display at the museum because its serial number was only three digits instead of five digits, like the other Bibles engraved by Stout.
