A jury in Dallas, Texas, has decided against a father who’s fighting to save his 7-year-old son from a gender transition his ex-wife is facilitating.

Eleven out of 12 jurors opted not to grant Jeffrey Younger sole conservatorship over his twin sons. Thus, Anne Georgulas, the boys’ legal mother, will be allowed to continue "transitioning" one of the boys, named James, into "Luna," who will identify as a girl.

The jury’s decision might mean Younger, despite his objections, will be forced to “affirm” his son as female, and will also be forced to take a class on transgenderism.

— San Francisco blacklists 22 states that 'disregard the right to abortion'

San Francisco employees will be barred from taking business trips to 22 states starting next year because the city’s Mayor London Breed and Supervisor Vallie Brown are opposed to health and safety regulations for abortion clinics and laws that place restrictions on abortion.

Brown said that by banning travel to 22 states, they are “showing our commitment to women, trans men, and nonbinary people in San Francisco and across the country.”

The ban will go into effect on January 1, 2020. Among the states being blacklisted include: Florida, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Texas.

— Most white evangelicals will support Trump regardless of personal conduct, poll finds

Impeachment proceedings haven’t diminished white evangelical support for President Trump, according to the American Values Survey released by the Public Religion Research Institute on Monday.

PRRI Board Chair Melissa Deckman, professor of public affairs at Washington College in Maryland, said the data show that “[Trump’s] support among evangelicals is not just rock-solid, it is growing.” The data is based on interviews with 2,527 Americans, including 343 white evangelical Protestants.

The research found that while only 39 percent of respondents said they approve of the job Trump is doing, 77 percent of white evangelicals surveyed said they approve of the job Trump is doing as president.
