Emergency services were called and the driver was rushed to a local hospital, but was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the medical center.

It was reported that the driver of the truck was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident, and that could have contributed to his death when the vehicle rolled over.

Police made Harrell take a field sobriety text, according to reports, and that as well as his speech allegedly revealed him to be under the influence.

The bassist allegedly admitted to police that he had been drinking cider as well as taking prescription Xanax and the painkiller, Lortab.

Harrell was taken to Davidson County Jail where he was booked in, and upon being searched, officers found a plastic bag in his sock that reportedly contained Oxycodone, Oxymorphone, and more Xanax, according to TMZ.

He is now being held on $100,000 bond and charged with vehicular homicide and bringing controlled substances into the jail.

Harrell has had run ins with the law before and he was also arrested for DUI last year in another incident in which he hit a vehicle.
