“Whatever we may need, Jesus is the answer,” tweeted Christian teacher Joyce Meyer to nearly 600,000 followers.

A CS Lewis Twitter account called CSLewisDaily was created to convey some of his teachings told believers and others. The account tweeted: “Die before you die. There is no chance after.”

Prominent Christian leader John Piper tweeted to his 230,898 followers: “Ask for his Christ-revealing fullness now. How much more will the Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask,” referring to Luke 11:13.

Grace to You teacher John MacArthur’s Twitter account informs his followers that he does not update his page personally, but has a member of his staff do so. His tweet for Monday, read: “For whoever has, to him more shall be given, and he will have an abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has shall be take away from him,” citing a devotional from his ministries website, Grace to You.org.

Christian rapper Lecrae told his nearly 200,000 followers: “Anxiety believes the lie that there is no more grace left in your situation. Don’t panic, pray.”

Creflo Dollar, the founder of World Changers Church, informed his followers of his plans for the week. The pastor tweeted: “I will be posting some helpful tips from God’s word this week that will help you begin the journey towards positive change.”

Rev. Run, former member of the legendary group Run DMC, took to his Twitter account to inform his nearly 3,000,000 followers to “Give all your cares to God because he cares for you,” citing 1Peter 5:7.
