The stars of "Kitchen Nightmares" have made headlines again after allegedly threatening a customer, with the whole ordeal caught on tape.

Samy and Amy Bouzaglo, owners of Amy's Baking Company in Arizona, first made headlines with their appearance on Gordon Ramsay's "Kitchen Nightmares" two years ago. Their appearance was filled with plenty of drama and ended with Ramsay finally walking away, unable to help the two with their business. Things went from bad to worse for the couple, who then claimed that they were targeted by the media and portraying them unfairly.

Authorities were called to the restaurant on Saturday to investigate a disturbance. Witnesses told the police that Samy had yelled and chased a customer out of the building with a knife. However, by the time authorities responded, the customer was gone. No arrests were made or charges filed, but that could change should the man surface.

Amy told The Hollywood Reporter that the customer was drunk and used foul language when speaking with Samy. Samy then lost his temper and "screamed at him to leave." He did, but the customer then "came back and charged me," she explained. She also said that Samy did not chase the man with a knife, but a pen.

"We've been bullied and harassed and victimized," Amy complained. "We're just trying to continue on with our lives and work and have a decent living."

The couple owns and operates Amy's Baking Company, but thought they may have to close after the "Kitchen Nightmares" appearance. People throughout the state flocked to the restaurant to see if things were truly as bad as they seemed on TV. Amy and Samy took umbrage with the media's portrayal of their personalities and work ethic and also blamed Ramsay himself for their lack of business.

The "Kitchen Nightmares" crew went back to the restaurant in an unprecedented move, but were not greeted kindly by Samy. So far, the business is still open, but it's unsure for how much longer.
