The next episode of "Arrow" has Ray Palmer returning from the dead but in a shrunken form - a tiny Ray Palmer who is now a captive of Damien Darhk. Arrow and his team will try to rescue Ray. Also, Sara's transformation after the Lazarus Pit is intense and almost nullifies Ray's rescue mission.

Felicity's guilt over not finding Ray sooner causes tension between her and Oliver. Meanwhile, Sara joins Laurel, Thea and the team on a rescue mission for Ray. However, the effects of the Lazarus Pit take over and threaten to jeopardize the entire operation. Donna Smoak returns to Star City."

The synopsis points to an all-girls team of Black Canary, The Canary, and Speedy. Of these, two have been resurrected from the Lazarus Pit so viewers can expect The Canary and Speedy to put missions at risk because the after effects of the Lazarus Pit may cause both to become aggressive and almost verging on being 'soulless.'
Oliver knows Felicity and Ray's romantic backstory. But Felicity feels guilty for not listening to Ray's voiceover earlier as this would have meant he could have been rescued earlier. An emotional Felicity had been unable to listen to Ray's voice after his "death." This will cause some tension between her and Oliver.
The promos of the episode show that Felicity looking at a monitor which shows Damien Darhk staring down threateningly at a shrunken Ray who seems to be held captive in a small glass box.
How will Arrow and team manage to rescue Ray? Will it be over in this episode or will the rescue of Ray Palmer take some more episodes?
