On the positive for the Saints, one of those three losses came was against them last year when they met in Week 10 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

There are high expectations on the Falcons this year, with many fans hoping they can repeat their feat to become divisional champions again in 2013. However, that would mean making history and becoming the first team in history to earn consecutive divisional titles in the NFC South.

Despite the Falcons fantastic record of late, they will be weary against the Saints – a team they have lost against in 11 of their last 14 meetings.

One area the Falcons will have to fix up from last season is in defense. They finished in the bottom 10 of the NFL in yards allowed, and they will know how important it is to tighten things up if they are to build on their progress last season.
