'Bachelor' Ben Flajnik Criticizes Courtney for Moving On With Arie

"Bachelor" star Ben Flajnik has spoken out regarding his ex-fiance Courtney Robertson, particularly her new found romance with former "Bachelorette" finalist Arie Luyendyk, Jr.

Robertson, 29, confirmed that she has since moved on from Flajnik, 28 and is dating Luyendyk, 31, less than one month after their public split. The model was photographed publicly kissing Luyendyk just one week after she and Flajnik called off their engagement, which the season 16 "Bachelor" blasted as being "in bad taste."

"[I'm not dating again], not as quickly as she is, I don't know what to make of it. The way she handled it wasn't in the best taste," Flajnik told Life & Style magazine.

"I'm not really one to stay up on gossip, but my sister keeps me in the loop. All of my friends were really surprised and disappointed. [Courtney] knew them all," he explained.

Flajnik said that he is also surprised that Luyendyk, who came in as first runner-up before being turned down by "Bachelorette" Emily Maynard, has no problem dating his ex as the pair previously hung out.

"I thought I knew him. He came up to Sonoma and we hung out for a few days. He seemed like a really nice guy," Flajnik fumed.

Robertson became widely unpopular among her fellow "Bachelor" contestants for her catty behavior, but still managed to win Flajnik's heart. Eventually their on-and-off relationship crumbled, and she wasted no time moving on with the auto racing driver.

"Yes, I'm dating Arie! We're enjoying our time together ... I was miserable with Ben; he treated me so badly," Robertson said.

Robertson's ability to move on with another man shortly after her split from Flajnik was confirmation for him that ending their engagement was the right decision, he said.

"Breaking up was the right move. That [she's now dating Arie] really closed the door behind her," Flajnik said.
