Sevilla have traditionally been one of the most difficult teams for Barcelona to defeat. Even though Barca managed to do the double over them last season, they won by the slimmest of margins each time. Combined they won the two games by an aggregate score of 5-3, and most analysts will admit they pushed the Catalan side all the way in both contests.

They will hope to go one better this season and try and steal at least a point from the Nou Camp today, however, since last season they have lost some key players. With the loss of Jesus Navas and Alvaro Negredo to Manchester City and midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia to Monaco, some are wondering whether they will be able to put up the same sort of fight as we saw from them last season.

Losing players of that quality will undoubtedly affect the team, but it remains to be seen whether the remaining players can pull together and pull off something the team was unable to do last year.

Meanwhile, Barcelona will of course be huge favorites for today's game. With players such as Lionel Messi, Neymar and Andres Iniesta, and playing at the Nou Camp they are probably favorites against any opposition team visiting.

Nevertheless Sevilla have traditionally been a tough nut to crack, and this should be an excellent match up for the fans.

Barcelona vs Sevilla will kick off at 2 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV through beIN Sport, as well as Sky Sports 2, or alternatively the game can be watched online through free live stream by clicking here.
