Bieber's Disastrous Date: Selena Gomez Uses Security to Avoid Justin

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez attempted to have a dinner date over the weekend, but didn't even make it to the main course, according to reports, which stated that Gomez left after 10 minutes.

Gomez and Bieber may have a long road before them. It was only announced last week that Gomez had decided to end the estimated two year relationship, citing schedule differences. Others alleged that Bieber had been unfaithful after he was spotted attending a Broadway show with a Victoria's Secret model.

But despite the numerous rumors Bieber has suggested that he still has hope for a reunion, according to reports, adding that there was nothing between him and another girl.

"Justin would like to get back with Selena, and thinks it can happen," TMZ reported. "We're told the way Justin sees it ... they've broken up a bunch of times before and this is just another blip."

During an interview last weekend, Bieber also suggested that he hadn't seen the break up coming, and wasn't sure about what was "going on" in his life.

"I don't know what to say," he said in an interview with Open House Party last Saturday, neither confirming nor denying the news. "I don't know what's going on in my life. To even assess that it doesn't make sense 'cause I have not made any comment."

Bieber also suggest that he believed he and Gomez had a "good chance" of making up, but his attempts don't appear to have gone well so far.

The stars attempted a meet up earlier this week when both were scheduled to be in New York City, but little was said of the reunion. On Saturday the couple met again for dinner out, but according to TMZ, the pair didn't make it past 10 minutes before Gomez stormed out and drove off to return home.

Bieber followed Gomez out and traveled to her home in a separate car, but when he arrived at the security gates he was denied access and forced to leave.
