Bobbi Kristina Brown, Nick Gordon Lash Out at Critics: 'We've Been Through It All'

Bobbi Kristina Brown, the 21-year-old daughter of the late singer Whitney Houston, is lashing out at critics along with her longtime friend turned new husband Nick Gordon.

Gordon, 24, blasted critics of he and Brown on Twitter in an angry message that was retweeted by his wife.

"(Expletive) tryna tell us to slow down. Seems like you (expletives) need to shut the hell up and enjoy the show ‪@REALbkBrown‬," Gordon's message retweeted by Brown reads. "Me and ‪@REALbkBrown‬ will be together forever there is no splitting up. We've been through it all."

Earlier this year, Brown said that public scrutiny about her relationship with her longtime friend Nick Gordon fueled her to marry him.

"It put a fire in us," Gordon explained on Extra previously. "The critics can say whatever they want to say … it's like we have a force field and that (expletive) just bouncing off of it."

While some media outlets have claimed that Houston adopted Gordon and called him Brown's brother, the newlyweds set the record straight about why some people thought they were siblings.

"We were young. Krissy looked at me as an older brother, and I looked at her as a little sister. [Whitney] just treated me like she gave birth to me," Gordon told Extra. "She treated me like a son. Excuse me for saying this … she treated me better than my birth mother. I owe everything to her."

Brown previously revealed that her mother predicted she and Gordon would one day make their relationship romantic.

"In fact, mommy was the one who even said that she knew that we were going to start dating. My mom knows me better than any of you," Brown previously wrote on Facebook. "A lot of yall are saying that y'all are only saying this all out of love. Which is bull because if that was so, all you would want is for me to be happy."

However, it was not until after Houston's death in 2012 that the pair decided to take their romantic union seriously.

"She made me promise several times to look after Krissy … and, Mom, I will never ever, ever break that promise," Gordon told Extra.

In fact Houston's daughter believes that the union would make the late singer happy.
"She wanted this," Brown told Extra. "This is something she wanted to see."
