'Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare' Update 1.09 News: Features Game Mode-specific Additions and Adjustments

Latest 'Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare' update also brings Combat Records and the Lobby Party Indicator

Update 1.09 was released just recently for "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare," and it brings some new additions together with plenty of bug fixes.

Beginning with the new additions, players will now find that player customization is possible for the Infected and Gun Game modes. An added adjustment for Infected will still lead to Synaptics being replaced by a randomized default customization.

Yet another game mode changed in the update is Drop Zone.

Players will now find that the score limit for Drop Zone has been taken up to 750. Hill rotations have been tweaked as well.

There are other new features included in Update 1.09 such as the Combat Records and the Lobby Party Indicator. The Pre-match Lobby will now also show team balance, arming players with more information that they may be able to use in order to put themselves in better positions to succeed in combat.

MLG.tv is also on the receiving end of a few fixes and adjustments courtesy of the latest update, according to the notes posted over on the r/InfiniteWarfare Subreddit.

For instance, MLG.tv will now indicate if the stream being shown is a replay. Players should also find that MLG.tv now performs better while they are just watching videos and exiting will no longer produce those random green screens.

Scrolling issues that could pop up while "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" players were going through the Armory have been addressed as well.

Incorrect information about players will also no longer show up while in the Multiplayer Lobby, with the latest update installed.

The game's Zombies component also got some fixes via the update, with many out of map exploits for Rave in the Redwoods getting addressed.

The splitscreen and zip lines should also work better in Zombies mode moving forward.

More news about other updates that may be released for "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" should be made available in the near future.
