Casey Anthony Dunk Tank Removed From Fair

With the public still in frustration over the murder acquittal of Casey Anthony, one city took their anger to the dunk tank.

The bluegrass fair in Lexington, Ky., unveiled a Casey Anthony dunk tank labeled “State v. Casey Anthony” where fairgoers were given the chance to decide the verdict themselves, according to The Associated Press.

If they believed in Anthony’s innocence they would throw balls at the target labeled innocent, and if they believed she was guilty they would direct their throws to the guilty target.

Photos of the 25-year-old also plastered the station as well.

An Anthony lookalike sat in the booth taunting the players, saying things like, “You think I’m guilty too, why can’t you hit it then?” and “Hey little girl, you need a baby sitter tonight?”

The reaction from the people at the fair was mixed. Some thought the booth was just adding to the publicity of the trial, while others relished the opportunity to decide their own verdict.

Eventually, however, negative reaction led fair organizers on Tuesday to take down the Anthony tank and replace it with a clown instead.

Though the Anthony dunk tank was eliminated from the Lexington fair, public outcry is still at a high elsewhere.

Many are still protesting the acquittal and subsequent release of Anthony, who walked out of jail a free woman Sunday.

People are looking to do whatever they can to find justice for little Caylee Anthony, who was 2 when she died in 2008. Her remains were found in the woods near the Anthony home.

Anthony currently remains in hiding, with people reporting her sightings all across America.
