Brown was in front of 96 other moviegoers according to a police press release. After which he then casually turned around and returned to sitting in his seat eager to enjoy the rest of the afternoon showing of the G-rated film.

The 34-year-old Brown, however, was soon arrested by North Riverside cops who were patrolling the Cook County mall. Police said they ordered the man to put his clothes back on and then left the theater without incident.

According to the Riverside-Brookfield Landmark, Brown claimed he had been let into the movie theater by an unknown woman who directed him to sit in the front row and remove his clothes. She reportedly said that she would return so that the two could have sex and do drugs together.

The theater manager stopped the film and offered refunds or vouchers to another show for those who were in the theater at the time of the incident.

Brown was charged with three felony counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child, one misdemeanor count of Sexual Exploitation of a Child and one count of misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct.

Brown was being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
