Danielle Fishel Twitter Rant: Actress Defends Wedding, Weight and Younger Husband

Danielle Fishel's Twitter rant directed at her critics addressed criticism the actress and host has received since marrying her spouse, Tim Belusko. The "Girl Meets World" star also slammed detractors for nitpicking at her weight, especially after suffering an eating disorder on '90s sitcom "Boy Meets World."

Danielle Fishel's Twitter tirade began as a slow trickle after the newly married actress received criticism for marrying someone younger than her. Her husband Tim Belusko is 25, while she is 32, and she first met him while tutoring math during college. After five years of dating, the two became man and wife Saturday at Los Angeles' Vibiana, People magazine reported.

"People are giving me s--- for marrying someone younger than I am," she tweeted Sunday. "Tim is mature, responsible, loving & kind. Way to judge people, Internet."

But the stream turned into a flood of angry tweets after that. Some remarked that the actress' wedding dress, a strapless Enzoani gown, looked tight on her, with others comparing her body to her 16-year-old self playing Topanga on "Boy Meets World."

"Ppl saying I was FAT @ my wedding: u r the worst kind of ppl on the PLANET. I weigh 107 pounds & am 5'1". YOU are the reason anorexia exists," she posted on the microblogging website.

"You know what makes dealing with rude comments easy? Love & happiness. I'll just keep being the happiest me & you keep being the rudest you," Fishel continued.

"I hope you'll look at your own miserable lives and learn to stop judging others on their weight and looks. Love and happiness wins again," she tweeted. "Side note, I plan on coming home from this honeymoon weighing 299 pounds."

Fishel has discussed in the past that she struggled from an eating disorder at age 16 while working on "Boy Meets World," sometimes only eating laxatives and iceberg lettuce. She collapsed on set one day and realized she needed help.
