“They have known each other a long time and he’s really been there for her by her side through the whole Ashton thing,” said a source speaking to According to the insider, Moore and Borba “started dating last week.”

In addition, RadarOnline reported the source saying that the relationship between the two could become serious.

“It’s easy for Scott-Vincent to keep his relationships a secret because he’s so often photographed hanging out with celebrity clientele,” said the insider. “But he’s head over heels for Demi and there’s definitely potential for a lasting relationship between them.”

The online news source pursued Borba for comments on the matter, with which he responded, “I do not comment on my personal life.”

On Nov. 17, Moore announced her divorce from Kutcher, her husband of six years, on the basis of “values and vows that I hold sacred,” and said she must “move forward with my life.”

Following the statement, both actors have remained out of the spotlight, and even their usually active Twitter accounts have been mostly muted.

Aside from a message about appreciation on Thanksgiving Day, still tweeting from her married name @MrsKutcher, the actress has not used her account since the day she announced the divorce.

Meanwhile, Moore’s soon-to-be ex-husband was reportedly “swarmed by girls” during his trip home to Iowa for Thanksgiving.
