'DWTS' Season 17 Finale, Part 1 Elimination Results: Bill Engvall Eliminated

"Dancing with the Stars" Season 17 is rapidly drawing to a close with a two-part finale, which started on Monday.

Only four celebrity contestants remained in the competition for the mirrorball trophy at the beginning of the night- Jack Osbourne, Corbin Bleu, Amber Riley and Bill Engvall.

As a consistently low-scoring couple throughout the season, it came as no surprise that Engvall and his partner Emma Slater were sent home at the end of Monday's episode.

The comedian left many "DWTS" fans disappointed after bidding farewell, including Twitter user Simone.

"@BillEngvall you were a JOY to watch throughout this season," she wrote. "You won me over every time you danced!"

Other Twitter users flooded the social media site with excitement over the competition.

"I love everybody left on DWTS," wrote twitter user Emily.

Kelly added, " I can't get enough of DWTS I wish it lasted more than two hours."

Meanwhile, part one of the finale started off with a live performance by reigning "DWTS" champion Kellie Pickler. The country music star returned to the ballroom just before a new victor is crowned on the reality dancing series.

Following Pickler's performance, each remaining couple took to the ballroom dance floor before Engvall was eliminated.

Monday's episode also saw a reunion performance by TLC- the '90's group best known for their hit song "Waterfalls."

However, Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins and Rozonda "Chili" Thomas were forced to replace their third member, Lisa "Left-Eye" Lopes, with singer Lil Mama.

Nevertheless, many viewers are rooting for their favorite celebrity contestant and will be voting through tomorrow until the results are announced.
