Germany have one of their best teams ever at the moment and are playing some vintage soccer, which has lit up the tournament so far. They have never lost to Greece in their previous eight meetings, winning five of those games.

However, Greece, who have already caused a massive upset by knocking out Russia, are looking to go one better by taking out one of the tournament favorites in Germany. No one gave Greece a chance in 2004 but they continued to shock everyone in each round before claiming the championship in the biggest surprise in Euro tournament soccer history. They will be hoping that lightning can strike twice and if they can pull off a shocker today then it will make the whole world of soccer stand up and take notice once again.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel will be attending today's game, and is sure to be booed by Greek supporters. She has led Germany's insistence on Greece implementing tougher austerity measures in the wake of their economic meltdown, and has become a hugely unpopular figure in Greece.
