Ginnifer Goodwin: 'I Married Prince Charming,' Breaks Silence on Real-Life 'Once Upon A Time' Wedding

Ginnifer Goodwin is finally breaking the silence on her real-life romance with her "Once Upon a Time" co-star Josh Dallas this week.

The couple recently got married and announced that they are expecting their first child- all after portraying a couple on ABC's "Once Upon A Time." Dallas portrays Prince Charming, while Goodwin plays Snow White/Sister Mary Margaret on the fantasy television series. For the first time ever, Goodwin opened up about her pregnancy while on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Wednesday.

"There's like, a Cirque du Soleil performance [going on in my stomach]," the actress explained to Kimmel. "It's like alien stuff."

Goodwin added that she has "been spared" from people constantly rubbing her belly before opening up about her wedding.

"We wrapped production on 'Once' two weeks ago, and a couple days later, I was wed in Venice, Calif. I married Prince Charming!"

Moreover, the actress joked about her wedding fashion.

"We're both Southern," she said of herself and the groom. "So I was literally barefoot and pregnant at our wedding. I was afraid I would fall over, I don't know what I was thinking."

Goodwin noted that both her parents as well as Dallas' are thrilled to become grandparents.

"They're all coming back out here in a couple of weeks to camp out and wait," she said, referring to the baby's imminent birth.

Earlier this month, Dallas and Goodwin exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles before about 30 friends and family members, according to E! News.

"Ginnifer and Josh seemed very relaxed and happy," a source said. "They were surrounded by their nearest and dearest friends and kept it very intimate and simple."

The actors first announced their engagement in October, with the pregnancy news following. Consequently, Goodwin's pregnancy has been written into "Once Upon A Time," delighting the show's thousands of fans.

"It hit me like a blinding light," Dallas previously told People upon meeting Goodwin on the television series set. "I thought, I'm in trouble now."

"Once Upon A Time" airs on ABC Sundays at 8 p.m. EST. This week's episode is entitled "A Curious Thing."
