Ginnifer Goodwin Marries Josh Dallas in Intimate Ceremony: Real Life Fairy Tale

Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas surprised fans by exchanging vows this weekend. The couple, who met on the hit series "Once Upon a Time" and play Snow White and Prince Charming, are expecting their first baby this spring.

The two exchanged vows in front of about 30 close friends and family, according to E! News. The ceremony took place in Los Angeles at sunset, with guests wearing formal attire, then enjoying a small reception afterwards.

"Ginnifer and Josh seemed very relaxed and happy," a source told E! News. "They were surrounded by their nearest and dearest friends and kept it very intimate and simple."

"It hit me like a blinding light," Dallas previously told People upon meeting Goodwin. "I thought, 'I'm in trouble now.'"

The two announced their engagement in October and said they could not "wait to celebrate with our friends and family, including our second family at 'Once Upon a Time.'"

The series has been an immediate hit and will soon wrap its third season. Goodwin's pregnancy has been written into the series and become a major plot point, delighting fans. Dallas apparently can't stop bragging about being a dad-to-be and is eager to meet his child.

"We just can't wait to meet it," Dallas told the cast of "Good Morning America."

"I want three or five children, but I need a bigger house or a smaller closet," Goodwin said in a 2010 interview with "InStyle U.K." "I'm 32, so I'm already thinking about that. If it happened right now, I would absolutely have a baby. The only issue I have with aging is nothing to do with my career. It's that I want to have a lot of kids before I'm physically unable to do so."

Now, it seems, Goodwin's wish is coming true and she and Dallas will have the opportunity to continue to build their family. To see how it affects the fate of "Once Upon a Time," tune in to ABC on Sunday nights.
