Most recently, GTA 5 made headlines because of a lawsuit Lindsay Lohan is pushing against game developer, Rockstar.

Lohan is seeking money for what she feels is her portrayal within the game and cites a number of instances in the game that prove it is her.

The cover of the game has drawn comparisons to Kate Upton and Shelby Welinder, with the later rumored to have posed for the cover. Lohan feels the image is of her. An actual mission on the game involves helping a blonde-haired woman escape the paparazzi. Again, Lohan feels this is her. Lastly, another mission involves snapping a picture of a "Lindsay-like" character caught in a lewd act at hotel that resembles one that Lohan used to live in, the Chateau Marmont, reported TMZ.

GTA 5 was recently the top selling video game for the second straight month, selling 1.1 million copies. Rockstar made $800 million on its first day and hit the $1 billion mark by day three. According to the NPD Group, those sales accounted for 15 percent of the games sold in October. GTA 5 sold 29 million copies globally in its launch month.

The game launched on Sept.17.
