Western Conference teams collide as the Portland Trail Blazers travel to the Toyota Center to face the Houston Rockets in the National Basketball Association.
The match is on November 18, 2015 at 8:00 PM ET.
Both teams are struggling to start the season but look for this to be an exciting match as they desperately try to get back on track.
At the moment, the Blazers are at 4-8 and are at the bottom of the Northwest division. They are 1.5 games behind the Minnesota Timberwolves and are also trying to break a losing streak.
Meanwhile, the Rockets are fourth in the Southwest division with a 4-7 record and are only above the New Orleans Pelicans in the standing.
Just like the Blazers, the Rockets are in a losing streak and are trying to turn things around before things get too late.
This is the first of their four meetings this year so expect this first win to be pivotal.
Houston have surprisingly been below par this season as they have failed to come up in games that they should have won. They are now in a four game losing streak which includes defeats to the Dallas Mavericks and Boston Celtics.
Even more surprising is that they have a loaded team with players such as Ty Lawson, Dwight Howard and James Harden but have found it difficult to face any type of opposition. Furthermore, their defence has been poor over the last games.
Meanwhile, the Blazers have dropped their last six matches.
After a 4-2 start, the Blazers have cooled off and are now feeling the loss of losing their core over the summer.
Damian Lillard is still one of the best point guards in the league but a lack of a consistent star is now wearing on the Blazers squad.
A win over another struggling West powerhouse should help them get their confidence back.
