Hunter Shoots Deer at Walmart, Faces Several Charges
A man from Pennsylvania is set to face charges after he allegedly shot and killed a deer in a Walmart parking lot on the first day of deer hunting season last November.
Local reports indicate that Arcangelo Bianco Jr., 40, shot and killed a white-tailed deer with a handgun in the parking of a Walmart in Burrell Township. He went on to field dress the deer after he was able to bring it down before taking the dead animal to his vehicle, according to previous reports by The Indiana Gazette.
The Pennsylvania Game Commission revealed the Bianco Jr. discharged several rounds from his handgun while he was in pursuit of the deer, which happened to occur on the first day of antlered deer-hunting season for the county.

Reports detail that Bianco Jr. pursued the deer after he jumped out of his vehicle and began to chase the deer, which had darted around the corner of the Walmart building. After rounding the corner he was able land several rounds in the deer, much to the dismay of shocked shoppers.
"Obviously, we can't have someone running through a Walmart parking lot shooting at a deer," Jack Lucas, a wildlife officer assigned to the incident, told The Indiana Gazette. He added that Bianco fired several shots before the deer went down and then took his prize to a local meat processing plant to have it butchered.
Bianco was charged with five hunting violations, including shooting on or across highways and hunting without a license. He faces a misdemeanor count of reckless endangerment.
"It was the nicest buck I've seen taken in Indiana County in a couple of years," Lucas said, sympathizing because Bianco Jr. may not have been able to help himself.
Bianco is scheduled to appear in court on May 1.
