Iggy Azalea Joins Beyonce on the 'Mrs. Carter World Tour' in October

Australian female rapper Iggy Azalea will be the opening act of Beyonce's Mrs. Carter World Tour during the Australian leg of shows.

The 21-year-old artist announced the news via Instagram video.

"I'm going on tour, for Beyoncé! I love you, Beyoncé! I love... you for life," she proclaimed yelling as she rode by the screen on a scooter.

She will be joining Beyonce for about 20 shows starting October 17.

"I'm going on tour… With Beyonce! That was my special news for Australia! Can't wait to join this tour! thankyou so much to everyone for supporting me! and thanks Beyonce!" she posted on Twitter.

She went on to speak about some of the details on the tour on Twitter as well.

"If someones good news, that doesn't even effect your life, makes you mad. I honestly feel sorry for you! I'm celebrating! To answer a few ppls question: yes I will have new staging for #TheMrsCarterTour and new costumes! Pucci will be designing them! And no, I'm not doing sideshows while I'm there. Sorry guys! but I can't wait, night!!"

It has been a pretty big couple of weeks for Azalea. She was recently nominated for Artist to Watch at the Video music Awards, and announced her debut album, The New Classic, will be out in September.
