The highly anticipated touchscreen smartphone is a newer model of the iPhone 4 and contains a variety of hardware and software updates, including an introduction of new functions. Some of the highlights include an improved camera system as well as a voice recognition assistant called Siri. This particular feature is designed to allow users to ask questions in a natural,conversational manner and have the phone answer their questions, and it can perform a variety of functions such as finding nearby restaurants, setting alarm schedules and giving the weather.

 A version with a larger capacity of storage has also been added, with the largest at 64 GB.

Last Tuesday, excitement over the release of Apple's latest gadget caused the website to crash for a short period of time. Although the hype about the phone is great, the public is eager to get its hands on the iPhone 5, which is not expected to be released until next year.
