iPhone 6 Rumors: Device to Adopt Bezel-Less Display
The iPhone 6 rumor mill is heating up again as the device is now expected to feature an exterior design with no bezels.
The Korea Herald reports that Apple is currently working on an iPhone with a bezel-free display and a fingerprint sensor. Samsung's upcoming Galaxy S5 will feature a similar design with a more standard fingerprint sensor rather than the display-wide scanner or iris scanner that had been previously rumored for the handset.
Bloomberg reported back in November that the iPhone 6 was planned to feature a larger display with glass curves downward on the edges. This basically hinted at a screen with no bezels.

The iPhone 6 is also rumored to include a 10-megapixel camera with 1.8 Aperture, according to industry insiders.
Sources from within Taiwan's industrial chain are reporting that the next-gen iPhone will feature a camera with these specs and also claims that Apple will change the filter used on the point-and-shooter by replacing what is found on the iPhone 5s with a resin lens filter manufactured by Japanese company JSR.
JSR is known for its ARTON Resins, which are normally used in digital and video cameras with CMOS image sensors. The company claims its filters are lighter and thinner than comparable IR filters and take clearer pictures due to their resin's ability to minimize the color shifts of CMOS image sensors.
Apple also filed a patent this month for new touch screen technology that could also end up being used for the iPhone 6.
The patent is titled "Gesture and touch input detection through force sensing," and it illustrates a system that uses a traditional touchscreen paired with multiple force sensors in order to better log unique gestures and more complex input.
This technology could also end up being used for the upcoming smartphone, which is expected to launch in the fall of this year.
