Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard are expecting their first child and have now surpassed the 39-week milestone, marking the moment with a family dinner and photos on Instagram.

"Happy 9 monthiversary @JillMDillard!!!" Dillard captioned his Instagram photo while wearing a "#newdad" T-shirt. "A LOT has happened since June 21! I am blessed beyond measure and every day is even better with you baby! You're my best friend, and I love you with all my heart! #newlyweds #newdad."

The couple also spent time with Jessa and her husband, Ben, who posted photos to his own Instagram account.

"Jessa and I are over at Jill and Derick's with some of the fam sharing a meal together! #fellowship," Seewald shared.

Jill and Derick will welcome their first child, a son, any day now. And the couple is fully prepared to welcome a new baby into their family. Not only do they have the help of Jessa and Jana, but Jill is a midwife who recently helped deliver a client's baby. She also has plenty of experience helping take care of young children and her siblings.

Derick and Jill made cards with scriptures on them in order to help her through labor and delivery by giving her something to focus on. The couple also took classes on the Bradley Method so that Derick will be able to help Jill when the time comes.

"It's husband-coached childbirth," Jill told E! News. "He can know how to help me in labor and in pregnancy —and that's what I want the most, is [for] him to be able to know what to do when that time comes."

The delivery will likely be featured in a TLC special and the upcoming season of the hit series "19 Kids & Counting."

Jill and Derick have plenty of plans for raising their son.

"Ultimately, we want to be an example for them," Derick told The Christian Post. "And just be the best dad I can be to both my sons and daughters, and teach them the Word of God early on and pray that they will come to the Lord early in life. And helping them be open, not afraid to come to us about anything."
