John Travolta: 'Gay Lover' to Release Tell-All Book?

Rumors and controversy continue to swirl around John Travolta. Last week the Travolta's former pilot, Doug Gotterba, claimed he had an affair with the "Saturday Night Fever" actor for six years in the eighties. Now Gotterba is looking to cash in further on his claims by touting a tell all book he may write in the future.

It has been reported that Gotterba has 2 writers offering to help him release his tell all book, according to The National Enquirer.

The Hollywood actor just cannot seem to shake off the persistent rumors surrounding him over the past two months. Just last month Travolta was involved in scandal as two lawsuits were filed against him by masseurs who claimed he had made inappropriate sexual advances against them as they tried to give him massages. One of those claims has since been withdrawn.

Travolta has fiercely denied those accusations.

However, the accusations that have now surfaced against Travolta from Gotterba have picked up on the wave of rumors from last month, leaving the Hollywood actor's reputation tarnished.

The Enquirer recently reported that Gotterba allegedly told Joan Edwards, Travolta's former secretary, about their affair. Edwards told the Enquirer, "He told me that John was gay and they had a sexual relationship."

Gotterba alleges that he and Travolta had an affair for six years in the eighties prior to the actor's marriage to Kelly Preston.

Travolta has been keeping a low profile over the past few months as the rumors and accusations have been flying around. However, he was seen last week as actress Shirley MacLaine received the 40th AFI Life Achievement Award. Travolta remained professional and didn't let on how much the accusations must be affecting him, and smiled and remained composed throughout his speech.
