Juventus vs Shakhtar Donetsk Live Stream: Watch Champions League Football

Juventus will play host to Ukrainian champions Shakhtar Donetsk in what will be an intriguing match given that both clubs are currently in a long undefeated stretch of play.

Juventus manager Antonio Conte will look to build on his clubs confidence for the second match day of the Champions League after his club came from two goals down to tie Chelsea at Stamford Bridge last month.

In additional to their tough performance against Chelsea, Conte's side is on an historic unbeaten run, handily taking care of Roma over the weekend to increase their Serie A unbeaten run to 45 matches stretching back to last year.

While Juventus is playing with a great deal of confidence, their veteran players understand that only quality teams make the Champions League, and so they are giving Shakhtar Donetsk the respect they deserve.

"It is an important test tomorrow and we want to deal with everyone … we face a very strong team, too underrated. They have good players who could fit into most European teams," said Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini during a press conference. "We have a lot of respect for Shakhtar. We still believe we can win but it will take a great performance."

Juventus will host the first the first Champions League match at Juventus Stadium since the venue opened in 2011 and they will look to build on the strong play they displayed at Stamford Bridge.

But the Ukrainians did not stumble into the Champions League, as they hold an impressive resume of their own. Shakhtar Donetsk has won the last three Ukrainian league titles and is riding a 25-match unbeaten streak in all competitions, including their first 10 games in league play.

Shakhtar Donetsk also is in great position in the group, having beaten Danish Nordsjaelland 2-0 and looking to find the same spark that saw them win in Rome last year.

Kickoff for the match is at 2:45 EDT and can be seen online here.
