Kansas City Chiefs vs Buffalo Bills Live Stream: Watch NFL 2014 Football Online (CBS TV Start Time, Preview)

The Kansas City Chiefs go on the road on Sunday to play the Buffalo Bills in a big NFL Week 10 match up. Both teams have done reasonably well through the first half of the season and come into today's game on 5-3, however, only one team can come away with the spoils today. The game will start at 1 p.m. ET and takes place at the Ralph Wilson Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. The game will be shown on TV on the CBS network or online through live stream (details below).

The Chiefs are still within touching distance of the Denver Broncos in the AFC West. The Broncos have the advantage with 6-2, compared to the Chiefs 5-3, and Peyton Manning and co will be favorites to take the division title again this season, however, the Chiefs still have an outside chance if they can maintain a good series of results in the coming weeks.

However, the AFC West is one of the most competitive in the league this season, with San Diego's 5-4 only good enough for third place at the moment. A good run for any of the top three teams coupled with a few slip ups by the other two could decide things.

Meanwhile, in the AFC East the New England Patriots are the stand out team on 7-2 and have looked fantastic in recent weeks. The Bills are trying to keep touch, but also have to keep an eye on the Miami Dolphins who are alongside them on 5-3.

The Alex Smith vs Kyle Orton match up at quarterback today will be an intriguing one, with both being reasonably efficient without setting the league on fire this season. Alex Smith is 165 of 246 attempts for 1,692 yards and 11 touchdowns. Where as Orton is 95 of 141 attempted throws for 1,128 yards and 9 touchdowns.
