Karrueche Tran, Chris Brown Back On? Pair Had 'Fun' During All-Star Weekend

Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran reportedly spent time together during the NBA All-Star weekend in Houston, Texas following claims that he and Rihanna are having problems.

The singer reportedly rented out a luxury mansion for two days on Feb. 16 and a new report claims that Tran, who he split up with in October for Rihanna, was seen visiting the private mansion during his stay. Rihanna was in London debuting her fashion line at the time.

"You know, Kae and Chris will always have a very special relationship. Now as for the All Stars weekend, that's one of the biggest parties of the year and Kae was there for that and for her clothing line. So it wasn't really all that secret that she was in town," a source allegedly told Hollywoodlife.com.

On Jan. 30 Rihanna, 24, confirmed that she and Brown, 23, had reconciled three years after their 2009 split and while they appeared to be happy together at the 55th Grammy awards on Feb. 10, the couple was seen having problems ahead of Valentine's Day. Critics suspect that this may have prompted Brown to contact Tran.

"If Chris didn't want [Karrueche] around, he could have cut off all ties but that ain't the case. She's his business partner (in The Kill collection), they used to date and be intimate and they have chemistry between them," the source explained.

"It isn't always about sex," the source continued. "She actually has fun hanging around Chris and his pals. They're fun, they do spontaneous things and she likes being in that circle. More power to her."

Tran was recently asked to define her relationship with Brown two months after their abrupt October split and the model remained coy.

"I can't say ... I'll just keep that personal," Tran told Atlanta's STREETZ 94.5 in response to where she and Brown currently stand.

The conversation soon centered on what she would say if the "Turn Up The Music" singer dropped to one knee and asked for her hand in marriage.

"Why you gotta do that? Oh my gosh ... ya'll playing me right now," Tran said while nervously laughing. "The time is not right though ... at all. Everybody's focused [on work]."
