Katy Perry, Russell Brand Moving on as Brand Enters New Relationship

It's been a long road for Katy Perry and Russell Brand. The couple split a little over two months ago, and Perry has told friends she is devastated by Brand's developing relationship with Oriela Medellin.

Medellin, 25, is a model and passionate vegan and yogi, which gives her a lot in common with Brand. The two have been spotted together at the Barm Marmont, and Medellin has tweeted her joy at seeing Brand in her yoga class.

"@rustyrockets nice to see you at yoga…! glad to know that u r in the spirit journey and that translates into your work bravo!" she wrote.

According to Life&Style magazine, a source close to Perry reveals, "She was shocked to hear that he was partying again and trying to pick up girls. It sickens her - she feels humiliated and burned. It's very disturbing to Katy that he's moved on so quickly."

The magazine's report is a stark contrast to other reports that Brand divorced Perry over her own partying and behavior. He previously gave an interview and stated, "I'm really happily married. Perpetually, until death do us part was the pledge."

A friend told the Mirror Online, "Russell left his party lifestyle behind a long time ago because it nearly killed him. All he wanted to do is stay at home, do his yoga, keep his demons away and have a family with Katy."

Perry has spoken publicly about the divorce, saying, "Concerning the gossip, I want to be clear that NO ONE (sic) speaks for me. Not a blog, magazine, 'close sources' or my family."

She has been linked by media to NFL superstar Tim Tebow, but Tebow has flatly denied those rumors. Perry, however, dedicated her song "Peacock" to Tebow during her pre-Super Bowl performance after her mother, Mary, told friends, "Tebow is the perfect guy…He's handsome, charming, intelligent and above all, a good Christian."

While Perry herself has not spoken publicly about the Tebow rumors, she has told fans that her new music features a lot of "break-up lyrics" concerning the divorce and Brand, specifically.
