Kelly Rowland Talks Blue Ivy As Flower Girl In Her Wedding

Kelly Rowland, the 32-year-old singer formerly of the R&B group Destiny's Child is talking about her former group member Beyonce's daughter Blue Ivy possibly being a flower girl in her wedding.

"That's hilarious," she E! News when questioned about the possibility recently. "I can't answer that question just yet."

Rowland is engaged to her manager Tim Witherspoon who, as Bossip.com has reported, she has dated for years. After flashing the diamond sparkler on social media and in recent pictures, the singer is speaking out about her engagement and future wedding plans.

"I really plan on it being a very special day between me and my sweetheart," she told E! News recently. "Whatever we do we just want it to be special and between he and I and just make it something that we both remember and just for us. It's our gift to ourselves."

However, the singer previously made it clear that she may choose to keep things simple.

"I think we just really want it to be us and our pastor. That's it," she previously told People. "I mean, we are the only two that's going to be in the marriage."

She revealed why people should not expect a large and lavish wedding from her anytime soon.

"You have to pay for food for everyone and I'm not down with that," she explained. "Everyone is there just to be nosy and see who I'm wearing, you know. I'm okay."

Rowland first confirmed her engagement on "The Queen Latifah Show."

"He asked me first on Skype … I remember we were both just kinda like, honestly, just staring at each other. And he asked me, and it was just that simple to say yes," Rowland recalled to host Queen Latifah. "I was like, 'I got my best friend to ride through life with.' He really is my best friend."
