Kenya Moore Reacts to Eviction Claims

Kenya Moore, "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" television personality and former Miss USA, is speaking up after making headlines for reportedly being evicted from her home.

Moore made headlines on RadarOnline.com and PerezHilton.com for reportedly being evicted from her six bedroom six bathroom mansion in Fulton County, Ga after owing $848 on her $3999 per month rent.

"The sheriff's department posted the notice on Kenya's home last Thursday but she still doesn't know that she has been evicted because she hasn't been home yet," a source in the neighborhood reportedly told RadarOnline.com. "The homeowner is incredibly upset at what is unwanted attention that has been caused as a result of Kenya moving into the neighborhood."

Moore has also allegedly been taking poor care of the property, according to Radar Online.

"Owners are concerned that the value of their properties are going down because she has not maintained the landscaping, nor the pool, has even storied furniture outside and her dog is always on the loose," the source reportedly added.

The news had people like talk show host Wendy Williams on Twitter questioning if Moore was indeed in financial trouble that could potentially leave her homeless.

"@KenyaMoore I'll pay the rest of your May rent if you call before the end of the show and explain what's going on with the landlord," Williams tweeted Moore in an attempt to get her to respond to the rumor on her talk show.

However, the 42-year-old reality television star took to Twitter to defend herself. Moore retweeted a message from a fan about the ordeal.

"@KenyaMoore No landlord can accept partial payments for rent. Obvious that story is a lie. Some1 else looking for their 15 mins," the fan tweeted to Moore in a message that she reposted.

The reality television star seemed to address the matter herself on the social media network.

"Good morning #teamtwirl! Believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see. #twirlonthat," Moore tweeted.
