Khloe Kardashian Begins Fertility Treatments, Still Struggling to Get Pregnant

Khloe Kardashian is reportedly undergoing fertility treatments in a bid to have a baby with her husband of three years, Lamar Odom.

Kardashian, who has publicly shared her struggles to conceive, went to ART Reproductive Center in Beverly Hills on Monday with her sister Kim in order to start the process, according to TMZ.

Doctors drew blood from the 28-year-old to evaluate her hormone levels, which will assist them in creating a stylized treatment program.

The news comes six months after Kardashian publicly denied speculation that she had turned to fertility treatments after unsuccessfully trying to get pregnant for several months.

"Because there seems to be much speculation, here is my statement … I am not at this time in my life considering any type of fertility treatments," Kardashian posted on Twitter. "If and when I do, I will shout it from the rooftops but for now its in Gods hands."

In May, the reality TV star and Odom, who has played in the NBA, canceled their E! reality TV show "Khloe & Lamar" following speculation that their marriage was under strain.

"We just wanted to prioritize a little. We just wanted a little pause, [now] there's less pressure on us. Part of being married is knowing when your husband needs your support," Kardashian told People.

Odom was cut from the Dallas Mavericks after posting a series of disappointing stats since his trade from the Los Angeles Lakers in December and in conjunction with Kardashian's struggles to conceive, the couple were said to be headed for a divorce- something she openly denied.

"I'm a modern girl, but you should put your husband first," Kardashian said. With regards to speculation that the reported strain on their marriage has finally taken a toll, she added, "I like to think divorce is not an option."

Reports that Kardashian suffered a miscarriage in February began swirling in April, but Kardashian publicly denied that the reports were accurate.
