Kim Kardashian 12 Weeks Pregnant, Kanye West Confirms

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting their first child, it has been confirmed. The rapper made a public announcement at his Atlantic City concert on Sunday.

Kardashian, who was in attendance, appeared to blush as her boyfriend of almost one year confirmed that the reality TV star is pregnant with his baby. She is said to be at the 12 week mark, according to Mail Online.

"Stop the music!" an excited West yelled before telling the crowd, "make noise for my baby mama right here!"

The news follows months of speculation that the pair were expecting.

Kardashian, 32, tweeted about falling ill on Christmas day, and MediaTakeout reported Friday that while initially she was thought to have had a cold, a medical doctor determined that the reality TV star was suffering from acute morning sickness- a condition similar to that of Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton.

2012 has been a tough year for Kardashian, who is still legally married to her estranged husband Kris Humphries, 28.

Kardashian infamously filed for divorce in October 2011, just 72 days after their wedding day, but Humphries is delaying the divorce as he insists on getting an annulment based on fraud.

"The only way that this case won't go to trial is if Kim publicly apologizes to Kris and admits that she only married him for television ratings. Kris just wants the truth to come out and Kim is just absolutely livid that she isn't getting her own way," a source told Radar Online.

The divorce drama was previously rumored to be causing problems between Kardashian and West, 34, although the pregnancy news has ultimately brought the couple even closer together.

"Kanye's not a patient man. He's used to getting what he wants – so Kim runs the risk that he will tire of waiting for her and move on," a source previously told Life & Style magazine, adding that the entire debacle is "driving him crazy."
