Kim Kardashian Bans Family From Mentioning Reggie Bush in Front of Kanye West?

Kim Kardashian has reportedly asked her family not to mention her ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush in front of her husband Kanye West, out of respect for the rapper.

The E! star, 33, dated the Detroit Lions running back, 29, for two years, however, they split in 2010 and she moved on to her now ex-husband Kris Humphries. West is reportedly "jealous" of the bond the exes once shared so in order to avoid problems, Kardashian is going to great lengths to ensure Bush is never mentioned in his presence.

"Kim went out of her way to avoid reading about Reggie's wedding to Lilit last weekend," an insider told RadarOnline.com. "She doesn't like to discuss Reggie, not even with her sisters. And Kim did remind her family to not mention Reggie's name in front of Kanye, because he is very jealous of him."

Kardashian and West wed in a lavish ceremony on May 24 and Bush married professional dancer Lilit Avagyan last week.

While the reality star and NFL star appear to have moved on from one another, West, 37, reportedly thinks Bush still has a soft spot for Kardashian.

"There have been numerous assurances by Kim that Kanye has nothing to be jealous of, but there is always an argument when his name comes up," the source said. "Kanye thinks that Reggie is still in love with Kim because he married a woman that looks exactly like her. And honestly, that isn't lost on Kim either."

This is not the first time that the "Yeezus" rapper has been made to feel uncomfortable about Kardashian's past.

In 2012 he reportedly got upset at friends after they began mocking the mother of one's infamous sex tape with her ex-boyfriend Ray J.

"When some of his buddies were teasing him about it over a few beers just recently, he went crazy and told them in no uncertain terms that the subject was completely off limits," a source told OK! Magazine at the time.

"At first they thought he was joking, but he was deadly serious. Kanye never, ever wants to see the tape, and he has banned anyone in his entourage from even talking about it," the insider explained.
