Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are set to wed in Paris in coming months and insiders claim the couple will not take baby North on their honeymoon.

The Hollywood couple traveled to France last month where they scouted potential wedding venues however they have not yet found their ideal location. Kardashian, 33, recently confirmed that her big day will likely take place in Paris and sources claim that while North, whose nickname is Nori, will take part in the wedding she will not join her parents on the honeymoon.

"Kanye has made it clear to Kim he doesn't want North to come with them on their honeymoon," a source told

"She will most likely stay behind at their apartment in Paris with her baby nurses ... Kim wants to go back to Venice, where North was conceived so they can start expanding the family," the source explained. "Kim hates to leave the baby behind, but will definitely need down time after the wedding."

West, 36, proposed to the E! star in October after more than one year of dating and the over the top proposal is set to be featured on an upcoming episode of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians." Kardashian, who gave birth to the couple's first child in June, is said to be excited about her daughter taking part in the wedding.

"[North will] absolutely be a part of the wedding! Kim is so excited to dress her little girl up with her on the big day," the source revealed.

"Everyone knows how unpredictable babies can be, but Nori isn't worrying her parents because she is super mellow, and they aren't concerned about her disrupting the wedding," the insider added.

The reality star recently spoke to late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel about her desire to marry West in Paris.

"We will be getting married this summer, hopefully in Paris," she said. "... It's like our second home. We spend so much time there, we have an apartment there."
