Kim Kardashian recently attributed her 56-pound weight loss to diet and exercise and a new report claims the reality TV star is determined to shed even more weight.
In December, Kardashian, 33, unveiled her post-baby weight loss on the cover of Us magazine six months after the birth of baby North West. Insiders claim she is committed to her weight loss goals as she hopes to eventually become a size zero.
"Kim wants to be thinner than her pre-baby body and is willing to do anything to get there," a source told InTouch magazine. "She's desperate to be a size-0 bride."
Kardashian is set to wed her fiance Kanye West this summer and the couple is currently in France scouting wedding venues. Despite the E! star's busy schedule, she is always sure to fit in early morning workouts.
"She works out every day at 5 a.m.," her close pal Jonathan Cheban revealed.
Kardashian, who is said to be on the Atkins diet, admitted that she is not quite done with her weight loss goals. She was recently asked about her Us magazine weight loss cover photo.
"I saw one photo. It was OK. I think I still have about 10 pounds to go," Kardashian told E! News at the 2013 Hollywood Reporter Women in Entertainment Breakfast on Wednesday.
During her pregnancy with baby North, Kardashian, who is 5-foot-3, gained 50 pounds. However, six months after giving birth, she has successfully lost it all.
"[The Atkins diet] really trained me not to eat so many carbs. I used to eat so many carbs, and now I don't," she said.
The Atkins diet is a low-carbohydrate diet which consists of lean protein, fruits and vegetables and healthy fats such as nuts and avocados.
Kardashian is also said to be a fan of pilates, which helps to tone and strengthen the body.
