Lindsay Lohan Complains That Amanda Bynes Has 'Had No Punishment' for Behavior

Lindsay Lohan has issued a complaint against fellow actress Amanda Bynes, and that is the fact that she is not in jail. Bynes has been in and out of trouble with the law lately, angering Lohan who just recently was released from parole.

"Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?" Lohan tweeted. "These are the moments that I appreciate my life experiences, living with regrets and Disney for supporting me as an actress- night all."

It's been no secret that Bynes has had her license revoked by a judge after two hit and run incidents and sideswiping a police car. Just last week she was photographed smoking some substance from a pipe while in her car and driving illegally.

To date she has not been sentenced to any jail time or rehabilitation, which might be the better choice, given her recent condition.

"Amanda is refusing to go to rehab or seek any form of psychiatric treatment or diagnosis, because it's clear something is up with her," a friend told Radar Online. "She has been told by her agent and her dad Rick that she has substance abuse issues and needs to get help. She's a lost little girl right now."

Lohan, meanwhile, has had her own trouble with the law, after being charged with theft and driving under the influence. She was sentenced to 90 days behind bars and mandatory rehabilitation classes and meetings. Lohan eventually entered the famed Betty Ford Center and completed her rehabilitation.

It is a bit disconcerting that Bynes is still driving even though she has no license and now has been photographed smoking what appeared to be drugs while driving. Lohan has been in and out of treatment and jail while struggling to stay clean and was finally released from her probation.
