Los Angeles Kings vs Chicago Blackhawks takes place in the NHL Stanley Cup 2013 Western Conference Final Game 4 on Thursday night with a revived Kings team looking to make it two straight wins and level the series back to 2-2. The game is scheduled to start at 9 p.m. ET and can be watched online through free live stream (details below).

The Kings have made the Staples Center into a fortress, and have won their last 15 consecutive games at home.

Many thought that Los Angeles were really up against it when they lose the opening two games on the road in Chicago, but things got flipped on their head as the series moved to the Staples Center, and the Kings look like a different side.

They will be looking to extend their home winning streak to 16 games tonight, and if they do so they can look forward to returning to Chicago for Game 5 with things all level, but knowing that momentum has firmly turned back towards them.

However, if the Blackhawks can managed to pull off a shock on the road win tonight then it will leave the Kings' hopes at winning the Western Conference title in tatters. They would have to go into the final three games of the series knowing they have to win two on the road games in Chicago, and win all three remaining games to overturn the deficit.

The Kings will desperately want to avoid that – making this a pivotal game win how this series will play out.

In a boost for the Kings, the Blackhawks will be short of defenseman Duncan Keith, who has been suspended for his high stick-slash on Jeff Carter. Keith will only miss Game 4, but that will be enough to encourage the Kings who know that the Blackhawks' defense is significantly weaker without him.
