Louisville Cardinals vs North Carolina AT&T Aggies takes place in the NCAA 2013 tournament second round on Thursday. Louisville will be heavy favorites for this game, however, North Carolina will be looking to make an early upset in the tournament. The game is scheduled to tip off at 6.50 p.m. ET and can be watched online through free live stream (details below).

Louisville are the No. 1 seeded team for March Madness 2013, and will be looking to justify their favorites tag by knocking out North Carolina in style.

The Cardinals had a 29-5 season, with a record of 14-4 in the Big East. However, analysts have noted that Louisville have gotten better and better as the season has gone on and they come into this NCAA tournament playing some great basketball, and ready to take on all-comers.

Louisville beat out Syracuse to win the Big Easy tournament, and definitely are the team to beat. They are one of the only teams that can boast about their top notch offense and defense. They have gained a reputation throughout the season for their high pressure defense and their up-tempo and explosive offense.

The team is averaging almost 74 points per game, allowing opposition to score just 58 points per game.

Coach Rick Pitino has prepared this current batch of players well, and now it is time to deliver.

Meanwhile, North Carolina managed to make their way through to the second round with a tight as possible win over Liberty on Tuesday. That 73-72 was too close to call, but coming out on the right side of a tight game will have given North Carolina a bit more confidence coming into today's game.

That win over Liberty was the school's first NCAA tournament win in the school's history, despite competing ten times - revealing the true David and Goliath battle in today's game. However, North Carolina are not here to just make up the numbers and they will be looking to claim the biggest scalp possible by beating Louisville in today's second round game.

Louisville Cardinals vs North Carolina AT&T Aggies will tip off at 6.50 p.m. ET and can be watched on TBS, or alternatively the action can be watched online through free live stream by clicking here.
