Man Climbs Eiffel Tower and Lives to Tell It
For all you adrenaline junkies out there, this man does what you would only expect to see in a movie.
British climber enthusiast James Kingston decides to scale France's most widely recognized landmark: the Eiffel Tower.
Without the apparent assistance of ropes or the safety of a parachute, Kingston scales the gigantic structure with video camera in tow.

With the camera positioned from Kingston's point of view, viewers experience an intense, sometimes shaky, view from very, very high up.
The climber and his friend dodge tower security who eventually arrest the two, but file no charges against the thriller-seekers.
"We were handcuffed & taken to the local police station where we were held & questioned for around 6 hours before being released without charges," recounted Kingston on the video's page on YouTube.
According to Kingston, part of his punishment was that he could not scale the Eiffel Tower for at least 3 years.
Uploaded to YouTube on Nov. 9, as of Thursday morning the footage had garnered nearly 1.3 million views and over 13,000 likes.
The climbers did receive criticism from some viewers about their lack of safety, as well as objections to breaking the rules against climbing the tower.
