Mark Hamill Reveals He Had a Hilarious Hook Up With Late Co-star Carrie Fisher

Mark Hamill reveals he once hooked up with late "Star Wars" co-star Carrie Fisher.

Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher played brother and sister on the iconic "Star Wars" franchise, but according to the actor, Harrison Ford wasn't the only one who had a fling with Princess Leia. Not only that, the 66-year-old actor also claimed he and Fisher were "attracted" to each other. In fact, he even shared a memorable encounter with the late actress in an interview with The Guardian.

"I remember one time—I'm sure alcohol was involved—we were talking about kissing techniques," the actor shared. "I said: 'Well, I think I'm a fairly good kisser. I like to let the women come to me rather than be aggressive.' And she said: 'What do you mean?' Well, next thing you know we're making out like teenagers!" he added.

Unfortunately, their memorable encounter had only been brief. He said, "Are you kidding me? We were all over each other! But the one thing that drew Carrie and me back from the precipice was we kind of became aware of what we were doing and just burst out laughing."

Unfortunately, Carrie Fisher had passed away on Dec. 27, 2016. But before her passing, the then-60-year-old actress published a memoir detailing her days filming the "Star Wars" films. It is also in this memoir that she revealed her affair with Harrison Ford. At the time, Fisher was only 19 while Ford was 33 years old and was married.

When asked if Hamill knew about his co-star's affair, the actor explained that he only found out after they finished filming and it was their editor Marcia (who was married to director George Lucas at the time) who told him about it. He also added that he took the news rather hilariously but also admitted that it would have affected him if he were told earlier.
