The Houston Texans come into this game with a record if 11-1, with their only loss coming against the Green Bay Packers on Oct. 8, when they succumbed 42-24. Since then they have won six straight games and recent narrowly beat the Detroit Lions 34-31, and the Tennessee Titans 24-10.

Meanwhile the New England Patriots come into this game with a record of 9-3. The Patriots are also coming into this game on the back of six straight wins, with their last defeat coming on Oct. 14 in a narrow 23-24 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Recently they have stuffed the New York Jets 49-19, and last week defeated the Miami Dolphins 23-16.

The Texans have recorded an average of 389.6 yards per game offensively, where as the Patriots have 426.2 yards per game.

In Passing yards per game the Texans have an average of 247.1 yards per game, and the Patriots have 285.5 yards per game.

Rush yards has the Texans slightly ahead, posting an average of 142.5 rushing yards per game, compared to 140.8 yards per game for the Patriots.

Points per game; the Texans are scoring 29.2 points per game, compared to the hugely impressive 35.8 points per game for the Patriots.

Defense
In total yards per game allowed the Texans are allowing 322.6 yards per game on average, where as the Patriots are more leaky with 380.8 yards.

In Passing, the Texans are allowing 235.0 yards per game compared to 279.9 yards per game for the Patriots.

In rush yards it is a similar story, with the Texans a tighter defensive unit, allowing 87.6 rush yards per game, where as the Patriots are allowing slightly more than 100 yards per game at 100.8 yards.
