Even though the quarterbacks will be in the spotlight at Cowboy Stadium tonight, this may well be a game where the defenses determine the outcome. The Bears have the NFL's fourth-best run defense over the opening three weeks, however critics will quickly point out that they have not come up against the most competent rushers over that period.

But in the Dallas Cowboys they will be severely tested on Monday night, especially with the speed of DeMarco Murray coming at them. Murray is averaging 4.3 yards per carry till now, but in the same way will be coming up against a tough Bears' front seven. It will make for a very interesting battle.

Meanwhile the Cowboys have the top pass defense in the league, and in linebacker DeMarcus Ware they have one of the best in the game. Ware already has four sacks this season, and he will definitely be told to target the Bears' sometimes absent offensive line.

The Bears have already experienced a Clay Matthews nightmare in week 2 and that will surely have been highlighted in the pre-match preparations for the Cowboys, who will look to repeat that today.

On the other hand the Bears will have seen how Marshawn Lynch destroyed the Dallas defense, claiming 122 yards and scoring as well, just two weeks back. Michael Bush will be sure to have highlighted that display in his pre-match plans look to exploit that apparent weakness.
