North Carolina State Wolfpack vs Temple Owls Live Stream Free: Watch Online NCAA March Madness Basketball (TV Schedule)

North Carolina State Wolfpack vs Temple Owls is one of the big games in the NCAA 2013 tournament on Friday afternoon. This second round clash will pit the No. 8 seeds North Carolina State against the No. 9 seeds Temple, in a match up that is too close to call. The game is scheduled to tip off at 1.40 p.m. ET and can be watched online through free live stream (details below).

Temple have had a reasonable year having posted a record of 23-9 in the Atlantic 10 conference. Temple are becoming NCAA regulars, and this is now their sixth straight appearance at the tournament. However, their tournament form leaves much to be desired, as they have been knocked out in their first game in four of their last five appearances.

Last year they limply exited the tournament by losing to No. 12 seeds South Florida by a score of 58-44. They were seeded No. 5 that year, and their exit disappointed many. They will be looking for redemption this year and hoping to make it through to the third round by winning today.

Temple will be looking to up the tempo of the game and make this an intense encounter. They seem to do their best when they have been able to dictate the pace of the game and not let their opposition catch their breath.

However, in North Carolina State they have a tough opposition today. NC State has averaged 77 points per game and are themselves used to bullying opposition to play the game their way.

North Carolina also have a clear size advantage over Temple today, with the Owls only having one starter over 6 feet 6 inches.
