Orlando Magic vs Brooklyn Nets takes place on Monday night with the Nets hosting the Magic, and hoping to bounce back after two straight defeats. The game starts at 7.30 p.m. ET and can be watched online through free live stream (details below).

The Nets have progressed this season and have taken some big strides forward under interim coach P.J. Carlesimo, however, they have suffered two losses in a row, and come into this game against the Magic looking to break that losing trend.

The Magic meanwhile are on a bad streak and have lost five straight games now coming into this match up, and will be going on a five game road trip now - things could get a lot worse for them.

If the Nets can win tonight they will complete a four game season sweep of the Magic. A season series sweep would show the progress in Brooklyn, as they have previously fallen to three sweeps in a row against the Magic - a span lasting 10 games overall. Through that period Dwight Howard had averaged 19.7 points and shot 67.3 percent.

Brooklyn come into this game with a record of 26-18, having won 12 of their first 14 games since firing former coach Avery Johnson. But things have since taken a slight turn for the worse and they slipped to losses on Friday and Saturday against Memphis and Houston respectively.

P.J. Carlesimo was brutal in his assessment of those losses, saying: "We've done a horrible job defending the other team's center."

He added, "We can say we're tired, fourth game in six nights, out on the road and all that...But we're just getting annihilated on points in the paint."

But the Nets have done well against Orlando this season, and with the Magic at just 14-29, Brooklyn will be confident of coming out with a win tonight.
