Porsha Stewart Living With Mom After Kordell Changes Locks?

Porsha Stewart is reportedly now living with her mother after allegedly being locked out of her marital home by her estranged husband Kordell.

The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star reportedly filed legal documents claiming the former NFL star locked her out of their home on several occasions and refuses to give her a key. Porsha is allegedly asking a judge to force Kordell to either allow her to use their Atlanta home, or that he pay the cost for the reality TV star to find a "suitable alternative residence," according to TMZ.com.

On March 22 Kordell, 40, abruptly filed for divorce after less than two years of marriage and he reportedly alleged that since filing Porsha, 31, has frequently left the home for several days straight.

According to court records he also claims that at times, the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star returns to their Atlanta mansion between the hours of 2 a.m.and 4 a.m. smelling like alcohol.

In April, the reality TV star was accused of calling the police twice to let her into the family home after Kordell reportedly locked her out, but he claimed this was untrue, insisting that she has a key to the home. While he admitted to locking the home, he insisted that it is only for security purposes.

The divorce battle has become increasingly nasty following claims made by Porsha that Kordell, whose son Syre is from a previous relationship, blindsided her when he abruptly ended their almost 2-year marriage. Kordell is refusing to pay Porsha spousal support despite her requests that he do so.

"[She's] an able-bodied person, earning income and is capable of supporting herself," Kordell reportedly told TMZ.

Despite the ongoing divorce drama, Porsha insists on living with Kordell despite previously admitting that it is "awkward."

"It's awkward, of course. You pass by each other, and it's a little awkward and uncomfortable. But the process has just begun, and I'll get out of this phase pretty soon," Stewart told HollywoodLife.com.
